The staff was very friendly, nice and accommodating. Tania, guest relations is a professional and was always kind, greeting me by name, a warm smile and asking if I needed anything. Zohaib checked me in and out. He is fast, efficient. All the staff I came in contact with was a very positive experience. Warm smile, asking me how my stay is if I needed anything.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, had to change rooms due to a loud neighbor. Switching was assisted by Tanya, she was very helpful. Good food and excellent Tea. Executive lounge was also a great option. Car drop service was excellent and worth the value.

The location is central in Karachi and most everything that matters is nearby. The staff is wonderful and takes care of you at every step. The food is excellent (except the tea and coffee; they were warm).

The staff, the amenities, the ambience, the lights, the WiFi, the hospitality, the cleanliness Everything was perfect and they even gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday. Thank you Marriot Karachi!

The maintenance and cleanliness of the room. The spread and the quality of the breakfast, though would help to increase the options somewhat. The room service was amazing.

All was good. they do need to change their towels. The hotels that i have stayed in have towels that are constantly changed. The towel at this hotel were well used and the towel placed on the Sink was frayed. Apart for this the service and staff were very good
